We have been married over 37 years. We enjoy the lifestyle for the social interactions as well as much the physical side. We are of average body shape for aa couple 55 somethings , we eat well and try to stay in shape. We are easygoing polite next door neighbor type. we don't have a list of rules but we respect a couple that does and we will ask before it get too steamy.
