We are a very happily married couple. Wife is bi-curious and has often said she'd love to have a girlfriend to play with.  We have discussed a full swap scenario, however, I believe having her play with a bi/bi-curious women would be a good starting point. I don't mind hanging out on the sidelines and letting her do her thing. We've never dipped our toes into the swinging pool so we don't now how or where to start. We'd be open to an experienced couple or a couple who is trying this out for the first time. Both of us are busy in our careers and live in a small town so our options are limited (or non existent). Travelling to meet up is no problem and hosting a couple wouldn't be a problem either.
