I think this phenomena for some weird reason is pronounced in the 613. From what I understand the SP and MA's in our area have an extremely high cancellation rate. Some SP's don't even come to the 613 because of this. Some couples even put on their listing that they ARE looking for a single guy.
I won't even begin to drag my partner into this for fear of getting her hopes up of meeting people.
