I run a large rental property and would love to host swingers parties.  My partner and I are interested in trying out swinging but currently have almost no experience.  I'm available to host but weekdays only, have pool, hot tub, sauna, king size bed, bathroom you can play baseball in :)  Also interested in meeting fun people to travel with.
