Hey everyone, Jenny and Mike here!

We’re excited to invite you to a fun and exciting evening on Saturday, January 11th at 8:00 PM! It’s going to be a night to let loose, mingle, and embrace the spicy side of life.

Doors open at 8:00 PM, and we'll be partying until late! If you're planning to arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know before the party starts.

BYOB: Bring your favorite drinks , and we’ll provide mixers, water, pop, hot and cold finger foods, snacks and ice .

We’ll have condoms and barriers on hand, thanks to public health, so feel free to grab what you need. We’ll also provide towels, pads, wipes, and extra sheets to keep things comfortable and clean.

Admission: $20 per person

Our workshop and sex room will be the designated areas for play. There will be beds set up in the workshop for a little extra fun. The main house is NOT available for play, so please keep that in mind.

Swim Spa & Hot Tub: Feel free to hang out in the spa or hot tub, but no glass containers and no sex in the hot tub, please. Don’t forget to bring your towels!

House Rules:

Please respect each other's boundaries—“No means No”—and let's keep things drama-free.

Clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy the evening to the fullest.

Please do not invite anyone without prior approval from us.

If any of the house rules are violated, you’ll be asked to leave, so let’s keep things respectful and fun for everyone!
