Dugan Access road

Take ecit off TCH onto Dugsn Rd. If your heading east off the highway then turn right off the ramp and your 1st right. If you're heading west off the highway then make a left at the end of the ramp, go under overpasses and take the first road on your right. Follow it to the end. Very discrete spot.
