Harbor View rd in the parking lot at the end of the rd not the busiest spot but a very good one when it is but beware it is a bit of a snobby crowd that uses the area but if you get approval it's well worth it seems to be very good looking crowd and on the younger side pull up and if there is another car flash your head lights if you get flashed back pull your car up beside the other one feel free to get started and turn your interior light on if you or your neighbor like what you see and may want to swap partners or join in with eachother turn your interior light off and honk once for a partner swap and twice for for everyone to join in if your just into being watched just leave your light on and try Friday nights usually people start arriving around 10:00 and I've seen it go all night almost
