Questions about who to trust

So.... My hubby and I just joined this website. We are completely new to this and have had a couple of responses. However I got a email from one user that wanted me to give my email address. I was skeptical because this website has a means to communicate. Then I got another message from another user that said they wanted to meet us and they posted pictures. I asked a few questions that they didn't really answer and they gave me their cell phone number and wanted to meet. I've been chatting with them a bit but they really don't answer my questions and they persist on me calling them. Then today I got another message from a new user and the pictures they sent are the same people that sent me the pictures before. So two separate user profiles same pictures. I'm skeptical of them now, and being we are new now am skeptical about using this site. My question is how do you know who to trust? Any words of advice would be appreciated. Or what to look out for. Not sure what this couple is up to and why they have 2 user accounts. Possibly 3 because of the first inquiry. I haven't deleted the messages yet not sure if I should warn others about them or what.

You will get this every now and then. You did right by asking them multiple questions when they chose not to answer them. If you report all three accounts im sure they will look into it. We just hope that this experience doesnt ruin it for you. Just remember it is the internet after all you cant trust just anyone unfortunately. Dont let a few bad weed ruin it for you.
