No I'm not rich with endless funds. On the other hand I would sure appreciate the small amount of control over site participants if there was at least some token monetary fee; say $20-$40. I am not a tech, so I have no idea what this would entail for the ADMIN of the site.
Why??
To help deter minors from accessing the site.
To deter multiple profile creation, which can then be used to harass other profiles, despite being blocked.
To provide a "penalty", through profile deletion, to profiles that don't conform to reasonable use standards. Nothing stopping them signing up again, but it will cost.
To make the site more legitimate.
