Like many married couples, we were becoming used to each other and life was becoming routine. We often talked about how we could spice up our marriage but nothing seemed to make us say yesssss! One day we were in the kitchen and I walked up to my wife and said I want to ask you a question but I’m not sure how you will take it. She said ok, with a slight look of worry. I mustered up the courage to ask her the question that could make or break our future.

I took a breath and slowly said, “I was thinking it would be nice to experience a few things before we get too old”. She said “ok” and continued to look at me. I continued and said that since we were married for many years it would be nice to experience a few things and one of them was to try the Swinger Lifestyle. I continued by saying that it would be fun watching each other with other people. Here is where I waited for the answer that would change our future one way or another.

She looked at me a smiled and put her arms around me and said “yes, that would be so much fun”! Needless to say I was relived and excited all at the same time. It was indeed exciting but what would this new step into the unknown be like? What good and bad things would wait for us? These were some of the questions that both of us had to go over before we took the next step. A few days went by due to work and then we sat down to talk.

How do we start? First we created an account on a local swiger site. It was free so there was no concern about investing any money into something we would not want to do. We created a profile and after 5 months we were contacted by a couple that were local. He was 38 and she was 45. Like us, they too were not very experienced but had a few encounters in the past. The one thing that we learnd is how important discretion is. No pictures that revealed our face could be posted and everyone on the site was hesitant to exchange face photos.

After a few back and forth emails, the husband of the other couple was the braver one and sent their photo. They were an attractive couple. I reciprocated by sending our photo and we received a positive repsonse from them. We chatted online for a while to get to know each other and then we decided to meet. The other husband booked the room and we picked a Saturday to meet. There is a small motel with a pub almost exactly in between where we live and they live.

The big day arrived we met Dave and Krissy at the pub. The converasation was nice. Krissy was about 5'8" tall with shoulder length dark hair. She was a slender woman but very concious of her appearance. Dave was bearded, 5'10" and very chatty. He was quite comforatble with us. I saw that he was looking at my wife too and was not disappointed. We order some food and drinks and contniued talking about many things. Life, kids, the lifestyle to name a few of the topics.

Dave looked at his watch and looked up at me and said, “hey do you want to head over next door?” I looked at the time and said yes. Both of the wives agreed and we got up and headed to the hotel next door.
